Dumbbells — Versatility, stability and safety. The dumbbell does it all, and does it all very well. They increase your stabilization and muscle activation, they find and eliminate imbalances and give you a ton of freedom of movement.
Pick a workout below based on how your body is feeling. You can also mix and match to create a bigger workout and increase intensity.

3×12 Dumbbell Bench Press
3×8 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
Complete 12 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press, then complete 8 reps of Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts. Repeat for a total of 3 sets
